With over 16 years of experience and having worked with 100s of newborn baby sessions, you can feel confident choosing us to capture gorgeous images of your newborn. Our studio is designed with Priority Newborn Portrait Sessions in mind from a large variety of newborn sized backgrounds, flooring, props, swaddles, stocked wipes/diapers, and more. Rachel Williams works directly with an assistant during newborn sessions to ensure baby is ALWAYS safe and comfortable as this is our #1 priority.

Capturing Your Baby's First Beautiful Days
Newborn sessions take place in the cozy, temperature-controlled Tulsa studio. The studio is stocked with a collection of handmade props, assortment of wraps, hats and bonnets, & headbands to compliment baby’s session.
A Full Newborn Session Fee includes a 2-3 hour studio session for baby as well as a complimentary/optional relationship session on a different day and a One Year Studio Session for Baby.
A Half Newborn Session Fee includes a 1.5 hour studio session for baby only with primarily swaddle designed images.
Products, Digital Files, & Prints are purchased in addition to session fees.

Our Tulsa studio creates a joyful, mess-friendly environment where your little one can explore, play, and yes—dive into their very first cake! These sessions perfectly document your child’s emerging personality through professional portraits, followed by the delightful chaos of the cake smash.
Many parents who choose us for newborn photography return for this milestone celebration. It’s the perfect bookend to document your baby’s remarkable first year of growth.
Newborn Portrait Photography Frequently Asked Questions
1. How old should baby be for the session?
We work with newborns 5-18 days old if at all possible. Time in NICU, low birth weight, and early arrival babies have a bit longer window of course!
2. What if baby is past the ideal window on age?
Often times, we recommend a half newborn swaddle session for babies past 3 weeks old. At this stage, they are often much more alert with longer bouts of being awake. The half session for older babies is best for a few swaddle images or a relationship image series where they are more likely to be settled and sleepy.
3. When should I schedule my consultation?
Before baby is born or as soon as possible. This gives you a chance to go over all of the products and pricing, meet, see the studio location, and plan out the design concept for your newborn session. If at all possible, it is best to schedule weeks to months prior to your due date. However, contact us as soon as possible before baby’s birth or as soon as possible after baby has arrived for the most available options.
4. Do you offer digital files?
Yes, we have both Print Priority and Digital Priority Pricing Options to best suit your goals for the session products.
5. How much should I budget for Newborn Portraits and do you offer payment plans?
We have clients with many different needs, wants, and budgets and therefore do not have set packages aside from our base digital package. Most clients choose to order wall portrait displays, custom albums of favorite images, a series of gifts and table top sized portraits, custom birth announcements, and their USB Back Up. We also have digital packages starting at $500.
Clients often budget $800 – $2500+ for digital files/products/prints/etc. in additon to their session fee: $285 + tax for a full newborn session and $185 for a half newborn session fee.
We do offer very flexible payment plans as well.
We offer a variety of payment plan options to space out your investment to allow for clients to truly order what they most want. We also offer an online gift registry for family and friends to apply credit directly to a Newborn Client account to use towards their purchases.
